If you need to pay by PayPal or with a credit card (and a valid email address) at the time of a medical examination, you can do so via Paypal by buying these GBP 1.00 tokens to the  sum of the total fee rounded to the nearest whole GBP. Push the "add to basket button" on the left: Only do this if advised to do so by me (and I reserve the right to add a PayPal or credit card processing fee). 

then go to "view basket" and alter the quantity of tokens purchased.Buy as many of these as you need to pay the bill, then push the "update basket" before going to the check out.

I am in the process of attempting to set up a PayPal Virtual Terminal to take card payments without the customer having a PayPal account or an email address. As part of the terms and conditions of using the PayPal virtual terminal to take payments for medical examinations I am required to publish a Return Policy, a Delivery policy and a Privacy Policy. Payment for aviation medical examinations are only accepted once the examination has been performed.  Therefore, Dr A J Tobias Aviation Medical Services does not accept cancellations or returns for credit or refund. All sales are final.

All aviation medical services are performed at the time of payment. Therefore there is no delivery required.
